1. Check to confirm that you are registered to vote 

If you’re a Canadian citizen aged 18 or over the most likely scenario is that you’re already registered.

You can register online or in-person before you vote or at the polling station when you go to vote. Either way, to register you will need ID and a proof of address.

2. Make a plan! 

Figure out WHEN and WHERE you want to vote.

  • Vote early at advance polls:
    • Friday, September 10, 2021
    • Saturday, September 11, 2021
    • Sunday, September 12, 2021
    • Monday, September 13, 2021
  • Vote on election day on September 20th at your closest polling station. Polling stations will be open for 12 hours but hours vary by region. Find your closest polling station & hours here.
